The Fire Dragon Festival returns Saturday, September 23 to Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Vancouver’s Chinatown decorated with resplendence, welcoming visitors old and new.

The event will bring the Chinatown community together past and present through celebration, cultural activities and performances, culinary exploration, and the appreciation of intangible heritage.

Our vision is to establish a community tradition through partnership and collaboration that will strengthen awareness and education about Chinatown’s cultural legacy for years to come. 

Guests are invited to come view the Fire Dragon, enjoy dragon dancing workshops, and an exciting Fire Dragon dance performance.
